I’d like to introduce myself…

I am 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶 an 𝙀𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙒𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝 and an 𝙀𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙧. I work within the metaphysical world, the world you cannot see with your physical eyes but you and I know it exists.

As an Energy Medicine Practitioner I use energy as medicine. I can assist you to embrace your darkness, so that your light can shine brighter. But here’s the thing, healing isn’t so much about ‘getting better’ but more of a journey of self development.

For the last few years I have been on a quest of self development. To realign my mind, with my body and in turn I have called back lost soul fragments, to my spirit. Putting the pieces of my puzzle back together.

And now I want to share my knowledge and wisdom with you, as I bring you a series of (in person) workshops called 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱! These workshops are an intimate chamber, where you have the chance to strip away the layers of this heavy, earthly existence and tap into your inner self. To work on your self identity and tap into your inner truth. To extract and allow emotions to bubble up to the surface and truly feel them, in order to grow as a human and align your souls true authentic path.

My 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀 are also an escape. Permission to lock your ‘office’ door and allow yourself the time and space to let go and de-stress from your crazy life for a couple of hours.
